Pet Dog food raw material and formula

Pet food, dog food market are developing faster and faster. The market is also going bigger and bigger.

How to feed your pet dog well and make them grow healthy?  We think everybody want to treat their pet dog well.

So Each pet food manufacture want to produce good quality pet food.  It need the pet food good taste, looks nice, Nutrition, Healthy.

Now it need the manufacture have the good raw material,  good formula and good machines.

Twin-screw Extruder the main machine for making pet food.

1.For good pet food first it need contain enough protein:  22-45%.  It include animal protein and Vegetable protein.

Animal protein comes from Meat,  so we need add fresh meat or dry meat flour in the formula.

Vegetable protein comes from wheat, soy, and other grains.  The best is Soy protein, We can use soya flour or defatted soya meal.

2. Good pet food also need contain Fiber.  It comes from Vegetable. We can add Wheat bran in the forumla.

3..Good pet food need good taste: we will add the flavor in the raw material.

4. Vitamin is important for pet food.  It is important ingredient for pet growth.

5.Calcium is necessary ingredient for pet. We can add bone flour in the forumla.

After mixing all ingredient together then we will use the extruder to process the raw material into Pet food.  The extruder will

cook the raw material and make them into different shapes(Bone shape, fish shape and other). The pet food processing line is full automatically.

We just need to supply the raw material to the machine.  After extruding then the pet food will go to Oven for drying.

After drying then we need cooling the pet food. then we flavor the pet food and spray Vitamin to the pet food.

Note(Very important):  we must spray Vitamin after cooling, otherwise the high temperature will damage the Vitamin.

Many non experience machine supplier they add Vitamin before cooling, that is wrong.
