We adopt twin screw extruder for making fish feed, the extruder not only produce fish feed but also produce

dog food, shrimp feed, and other animal feed. The feed pellets size from 1mm to 30mm adjustable.

1.Extruder adopt PLC control system make the operation more easy.

2.Extruder adopt Siemens motor, ABB electric parts, Siemens PLC and FAG Bearing to insure the Quality.

3.The fish feed extruder adopt water cooling system to control the temperature, The stable temperature is the

most important parameters for good quality fish feed.

4.The Extruder adopt double screw feeding system, it can insure the raw material feeding quantity more stable.

5.The Extruder adopt the Hanging Rotary Cutting System, We can adjust the cutting system non stop extruder.

Moisture exhausting system fixed on the cutting system, it can remove the steam very fast, insure the cutting

system work long time no any problem.
